Chahid Al-Hafed, (SPS) – The President of the Republic and Secretary General of the POLISARIO Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, reposed his confidence in the member of the National Secretariat, Mr. Bucharaya Beyun, as Prime Minister, in accordance with the powers conferred on him by the Constitution of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic.
According to a statement issued by the Presidency, President Ghali received Bucharaya Beyun on Thursday, 9 February 2023, to officially inform him of his appointment as Prime Minister of SADR.
Mr. Beyun has extensive managerial experience, having been responsible for several ministerial portfolios such as Economic Development, Trade and Education and Teaching, as well as Governor of the Wilaya of Smara, Representative of the POLISARIO Front in Spain, Ambassador to Algeria and Prime Minister in the previous government.
