Dublin (Ireland), March 7, 2019 (SPS) – The President of the Republic of Ireland, Michael DHiggins, received a Saharawi delegation composed of the Delegate Minister for Europe and member of the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front, Mohamed Sidati, and the Ambassador Counselor in Chancellery and member of the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front, Mohamed Yeslem Beisat.
The reception, took place in the Presidency of Ireland, and the delegation delivered a message from the President of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic and Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Brahim Gali, to his Irish counterpart, which addresses the latest political developments and progress in the peace process led by the UN.
In the framework of the official visit to Dublin, the Saharawi delegation had the opportunity to hold meetings with important political leaders of this European nation in order to strengthen bilateral relations and expose the position of the Saharawi government and the Polisario Front regarding the work in the process of decolonization and changes at the regional and continental levels.
