Three new cases of Covid 19 in the occupied territories of Western Sahara

PUSL.- According to information from Saharawi activists, three more cases of Covid 19 were reported yesterday in the city of Dakhla in the occupied territories of Western Sahara.

The three infected are Moroccans who came from Morocco to Western Sahara to work in fishing in breach of the imposed isolation.

All cases of Covid in the occupied territories are of Moroccan settlers.

Saharawi activists once again warn of the multiple violations and breaches of security protocols by Moroccan settlers with the collusion of the occupation authorities.
The authorities did not initiate any investigation and facilitated the arrival of Moroccans to the occupied territories without any kind of sanitary control.
One of the Saharawi activists from the unemployed youth movement says: “They oppress us, steal our wealth and bring us the virus.

In Morocco, many were arrested, even in Western Sahara, under the guise of a public health emergency. Now they close their eyes to the violation of the health emergency and have brought the disease from hundreds of kilometers away to our land. “
