PUSL.- The news is not surprising since the group’s own French defense lawyer, Maitre Olfa Ouled, highlighted in her last interview that she had no hope for the Court’s legal independence, which did not act impartially throughout the process.
What is surprising is that the announcement of the decision is made by the Spanish news agency EFE and the Moroccan media themselves cite EFE as a source.
EFE had a first tweet 10 hours ago that was deleted and a few minutes after this morning’s decision EFE put the information back on Twitter.
An obvious proof that there is no justice in Morocco and that the whole process is a Theaterplay with third grade actors.
This decision proves once again that it is a political process, not a legal one, nor a fair one.
