Sultana and Ouarra Khaya attacked with chemicals

PUSL.- Yesterday afternoon Sultana and Ouarra Khaya were attacked with a chemical liquid by the Moroccan occupation forces in Bojador, occupied Western Sahara.

Sultana Khaya’s eye prosthesis was severely damaged and the Saharawi activist was in immense pain. Sultana has been a victim of torture over the past 14 years and her eye was been taken out by members of the Moroccan authorities during a peaceful protest.

We recall that Sultana’s house has been under siege since 19 November 2020 and she and her sisters, nephew and mother have been victims of brutality by the Moroccan occupation forces since then.
