PUSL.- After all the diplomatic complications between Morocco and Spain, the blackmail exercised by Morocco finally paid off when Pedro Sanchez, in an illicit act, unilaterally decided, without the approval of the government’s coalition partners, to retreat in the case of Western Sahara.
