President of the Saharawi Republic pays state visit to South Africa

(SPS). The President of the Saharawi Republic, Brahim Gali, will pay a state visit to the Republic of South Africa, with the aim of strengthening cooperative relations between the two countries.

At the invitation of the South African President, Mr. Cyril Ramaphosa, the President of the Republic is paying a state visit to South Africa from Monday.

The two presidents will hold talks that will focus on bilateral relations and ways to support and enhance them in ways that contribute to achieving the interests of the two brotherly peoples.

The two leaders are expected to discuss regional and international issues of common interest.

On this official visit to the South African nation, the head of state is accompanied by a large Saharawi delegation including Mohamed Salem Uld Salek, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Fatima El Mehdi, Minister of Cooperation, the Minister of Social Affairs and Promotion of Women, Suellma Beiruk, National Director of Security, Documentation and Protection of Institutions, Sidi Wogal, Abdati Breika, Advisor to the Presidency of the Republic, and Abah Cheij Mohamed, Central Director of Operations and Inspection at the Ministry of National Defence, the Sahrawi Ambassador to South Africa, Mohamed Yislem Beisat.
