Saharawi political prisoner suspends hunger strike

Houssein Amaadour, Saharawi political prisoner, suspended his hunger strike after 33 days.

The Moroccan authorities did not accede to his demands and transferred Amaadour to a prison even further away from his family, he is now over 600 km away.

In addition to this reprisal, the family and especially Amaadour’s sister, Mrs Soukeina, have been constant victims of harassment, surveillance and threats from the Moroccan authorities.
