PUSL.- Zakaria Moukhtar R’guaibi was sentenced last 5th of March to 5 months imprisonment.
The trial was held in El Aaiun Court by video due to the current Covid restrictions and therefore had no public attending.
Zakaria was detained on February 14, 2021 after his participation in a peaceful demonstration demanding the right of the Saharawi People to their self determination in accordance with the UN resolutions and International law.
